We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Executive with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling irrigation and water pumping solutions. We are looking for someone seasoned, hardworking, and highly motivated to achieve outstanding results.

ROLE: Sales Executive

Work Location: Gulu City

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
  2. Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
  3. Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
  4. Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
  5. Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  6. Preparing and developing presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
  7. Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
  8. Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company’s products and services.

Sales Executive Requirements:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
  2. Experience in sales. Experience in irrigation, solar and water pumping sales will be an added advantage.
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  4. The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  5. Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Good leadership and teamwork skills.
